Spread The Word

J Dilla has managed to bless us from beyond the grave by dropping a new album “Dillatronic” in October that will include 40 rare and unheard Jay Dee instrumentals.

Dilla who unfortunately passed away in 2006 was one of the most influential hip hop artists of his generation, working with big name acts including A Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, MF Doom, Busta Rhymes and more.

The Michigan born producer will now be releasing a 40 track electronic-influenced instrumental album thanks to Ma Dukes (his mother) and Vintage Vibez Music Group. His extremely proud mum had this to say:

“I can smile in my heart, knowing my son’s work is being shared with the people as we planned before he passed.” “I only share the best, and I only hope to continue introducing the world to the genius of J Dilla.”

The album will be available for purchase on October 30th and come with a few extra goodies such as CD format, a set of 3 LP vinyls, T-shirts, bags, cassettes posters and other collectable items. You can view the exclusive bundles here.

Here’s a sneak peak of what to expect from the legendary producers album “Dillatronic”. Track #7:
